Vienna's health services in one calm place.
Health rarely keeps office hours. For the City of Vienna, we explored a digital health portal that meets people where they are: a symptom check that hands over to the 1450 health hotline, appointments booked and moved in a few taps, documents that arrive before the visit, and vital signs that raise a flag when something is off.
Across four prototype journeys, soft lavender surfaces and a deep indigo for actions set a calm tone, with red reserved for what is critical. Cards give every task its own frame, notifications separate news from what needs action, and a video call with the family doctor keeps sick notes and prescriptions one tap away. As Senior Digital Product Designer at Accenture Song, I designed the experience and the interface, from flows to the clickable prototype.
