Only a few facilities worldwide can treat cancer with both protons and carbon ions. MedAustron in Wiener Neustadt is one of them, doing research at the frontier of physics and medicine. Its new website needed clear paths for patients, doctors and researchers, and a calm visual language for a complex subject.

In seven design sprints we relaunched the site. Alongside it, we created social media templates and Protoni, an illustrated character who explains the therapy in a friendly way. As Senior UX/UI Designer at menonthemoon, I designed the user experience and the interface.
