In June 2021, after nine months as Senior UX/UI Designer, I became Head of Design at menonthemoon in Vienna.

Leading a design team shifted my focus from my own screens to everyone else's: clear standards, honest feedback and enough room for each designer to own their work. The craft stays the same, the responsibility grows.
